I am on a roll with some new projects being photographed and thought would impart the genuine previous to and after pix! From the bottom of your heart, some of these are incredible and I have to wonder…what were they thought?? In this case was formerly built ..by a designer! Terrifying. So much cash washed-out on such asinine treatments. The current homeowners had sufficient and were ready to get a functioning sweet bath!
This household is for deal. Finished 800k. I guess it is late and I don’t know should not post while sleep deprived…but, I peek at this kitchen ( cute family tree but with the intention of is just dialogue box dressing) and reckon to for myself…why??? I suppose some force say it is nice blah blah. But, I peek at it and reckon it belongs in my hall of shame. ( I just chose to initiation one so stay tuned) I norm really….for the cost to build this family, a name should have unwritten to their client, “Hey we can do better than average or typical”.

Ok, I am going to declare one of my utmost vices….drumroll delight! I have a “thing” for chairs. In fact, cannot look to pass up a cool chair of any rank which drives my spouse to distraction and is early to clutter my barely 1900 sq foot household a bit. Maybe this is not so terrible as far as vices go but I have been forbidden from ebay, auctions ( be in this world or otherwise), leech markets, poke around sales and even of late..my fave small antique pile, Blue Moon.
In fact, while shopping with a client and one of our other designers, they in cooperation had to pry me away from a darling chair with the intention of looked-for a small of my TLC….forcibly.
